Also this year we have our monthly wine tastings at Salt Studio. Partly similar topics as last year, partly new focus. But as always in a relaxed ambience, cosy rounds with good wine, food and good company.

About my tastings
I work with different producers from different regions in Portugal. It is very important for me to know where the wines come from, how they are produced and who is behind them.
At my tastings we always try different wines with different grapes and styles. I think they all have different tastes and I try to bring diversity to the tasting.
how does a tasting look like?
The routine is usually the same. Ther eis an introduction to how to taste wine, then we start tasting the first wine where I guide you through the different sensorical steps. Meanwhile, I talk about the grapes, the producers and the regions in Portugal. There is always space and time for questions of course.
